AMEP develops programs that directly support students interested in pursuing careers in manufacturing. We understand the importance of partnering with educators to ensure the industry is prepared to welcome the next generation of talent. Early exposure is key, which is why we created and expanded initiatives like our Intro to Manufacturing Pathways program, giving high school students the chance to learn from working professionals and tour a facility firsthand. By breaking down misconceptions and highlighting the wide range of opportunities available, we help students see manufacturing as an exciting and rewarding career path.
Focused on the Future Workforce
Our Training Pathways Working Group is dedicated to connecting with K-12 students, our future workforce, to ensure they understand that manufacturing is a viable and rewarding career option.
